🔄 Returns & Exchanges (the soft landing)

We totally get it — sometimes things don’t work out, even with the cutest plushies 🫶
Here’s how returns and exchanges work at The Royal Wreaths:

🧸 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as your plushie is:

• Unused, unwashed, and still in its original condition

• Free from damage, stains, or signs of extra love

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

Want to swap for a different plushie? Totally fair.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. If the item you want is no longer available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

💔 Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, limited drops, or discounted items can’t be returned or exchanged — once they’re gone, they’re truly home 🥲

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

🚚 Shipping Notes

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and shipping times for returns or exchanges may vary.
